Green food…and here I sit, just back from oral surgery and not planning on eating unti I can figure out how to do it without using my mouth

More information about preparing carrots than I though existed on the planet. (I was looking for a way to make carrot salad without using a grater.) Then I followed a link to lentils, which has pictures of various kinds of lentils. The site has tons of info about cooking vegetables.

Who knew Hormel would have all this interesting stuff on their web site. However, avoid the parts of the site singing the praises of food irradiation and GMO stuff to avoid depression.
