Thanks for sharing. Now I will try it. I got a huge head of cauliflower from the farmers market. I kid you not. I should have taken a picture. My daughter said, "MOM that is huge as big as a persons head" She was right! It was only $2.50 a bargin and a half here. Usually it costs about 1.79 a pound. I love rice pudding.
