CONGRATS on the book! How exciting! Now I can’t wait until it’s sitting on my bookshelf (or better yet, sitting open on my kitchen counter…)

I’m so excited about the cookbook. What great news!

I never thought to put that Seitan O’Greatness on crackers but that’s a fabulous idea. We just “splurged” and bought some Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuits and it would probably be delicious on those. The last time I made it I made 4 small logs in the shape of regular sausages. Marty and I bought some whole wheat buns and we had seitan dogs for lunch a few days in a row. We found that one log was really too much and after we split the log down the middle, it was perfect size and amount for a bun.

Awesome about your cookbook! Congrats on that for sure. I’m sure you’ll let us know some purchasing details, because I think we’re all interested, especially this cookbook junkie. ;o)

Mm, the pie looks great!

I just made some seitan baked like that for the first time. Mine came out a little too hard on the edges… maybe I over cooked it. I like the idea of baking versus boiling though, so I have to experiment with the recipes!!
