What great news! I never thought to put that Seitan O'Greatness on crackers but that's a fabulous idea. We just "splurged" and bought some Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil Triscuits and it would probably be delicious on those. The last time I made it I made 4 small logs in the shape of regular sausages. Marty and I bought some whole wheat buns and we had seitan dogs for lunch a few days in a row. We found that one log was really too much and after we split the log down the middle, it was perfect size and amount for a bun. I’m so excited about the cookbook. What great news!

Mine came out a little too hard on the edges... maybe I over cooked it. :( I like the idea of baking versus boiling though, so I have to experiment with the recipes!! :) Whoa! Great news!
