All looks yummy! I've been meaning to try quinoa pasta, saw it at the store but I'll have to run down my existing pasta supply before I buy some. And yes, please do share your batter recipe, it looks so crispy and yummy. I made tofu veggie kababs for a cookout last weekend, everyone loved them. I still have a bunch of marinade left, I might use it for sauce in a noodle dish.

Happy early birthday to you and Jim! I love all those fresh veggie dishes--it's time to really savor that fresh produce before it is no more. And I've been where you were on the tempeh sticks--your body really does change, and I've made my tummy do somersaults on several occasions when I thought I'd splurge just a little... It's a good thing to know that our bodies are happy with the changes we've made!

That minestrone looks so healthy and delicious. I love the summer weather but I also enjoy fall cooking and minestrone is a fall staple for me. Happy early birthday! Can't wait to read about the festivities.

Happy early birthday to the both of you! I hope your celebrations go well.

In your soup you mentioned quinoa noodles--how are they? Any good? I have been wanting to try different grain pastas, but have only done brown rice so far. It is still pretty warm in MN, but your soup looks good enough to make me long for fall and soup weather...

Happy Birthday to you two! Say, what's your tempeh battered with? It looks really tasty and onion ring-ish.

Woo! Happy early birthday to both you and Jim! I can't wait to hear about the shindigs. Wow, I don't think I've ever written out the word "shindig" before. Oh, there, I 've done it again!
