Your peanut butter chocolate shells. Oh My God! They’re incredible. I made them for the first time last week as a birthday gift for my brother. After one bite he exclaimed, “Wor Sos, you should open a bakery!” I told him I couldn’t take the credit. Kris, these are delicious. I have a potluck coming up next week and I’m bringing these gems for sure!

My favorite holiday treats? Hmmmmm. I love baked puddings and gingerbread with hard lemon sauce. I love my mother-in-law’s (non-vegan) cookies- made of butter, butter recipe yellow cake, and … whatever they are, I wish I could veganize them.

I love my siblings and we get along ridiculously well (honestly.. it confuses people) but all four of us are in college now, and Christmas is the only holiday when we’re allll back home with the ‘rents. I make sure we get a family photo every time we’re together. It’s the best thing!
