I was checking out Portland this weekend( my husband and I are relocating from NC, for all the same reasons you did, and other vegans do too!)we were at the Bay leaf and I saw you and Jim and 2 other couples (one lady was wearing a herbivore t shirt) Anyway, i wanted to stop by your table and introduce myself and say how much I enjoy reading your blog-but I chickened out at the last moment! We were sitting at a table near the window facing the parking lot.I never did find the herbivore store, so I wish I would have asked where it was too! it seems Portland has such a smalltown feel, we will probably cross paths after I move out there! And next time I'll say hello! :) Hi!
